Many of the development skills are focused on the OPEN SOURCE environment due to the administration's own dynamics. JAVA and its most common frameworks (Spring) are used for the back-end environment while the use of AngularJS is preferred for the front environment. Realization of managed services with other usual technologies in the administration such as Oracle Forms, PHP or Liferay. For custom projects, we carry out the entire software development process as well as its implementation and start-up. We use agile methodologies based on Scrum and Kanban for project development, with planning and evaluation meetings for each development sprint. The vast majority of the technical development team is certified in Scrum. For communication we usually use tools like Slack, Hangouts. Telegram and Skype. And, as a project management tool, we use JIRA. In the case of services, we carry out application maintenance: corrective, adaptive and evolutionary. Working with service level agreements (ANS), and using the good management practices recommended by ITIL.
